BOARD OF DIRECTORS


The Board of Directors is a permanent governing body of the Association European Center for Environmental Economy (ECEE). It is consisted of seven members who are elected by the General Assembly of the Association.

The Board of Directors has an aim to represent ECEE, fulfill the decisions taken by the General Assembly as well as to prepare and submit to the General Assembly a draft budget. In its powers is also to determine the order and organize the activity of the Association. The Board is entitled to make proposals for amendments in the Articles of Association of ECEE.

The Board of Directors shall take decisions by a majority of its members who are jointly liable for their actions that may damage the properties and the interests of the Center for Environmental Economy.
